We want you to love your Norse Comfort orthopedic seat cushion—but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

The cushion must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, used cushions cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@norsecomfort.co.uk with:

Your order number

Reason for return

A photo of the product (if applicable)

We'll provide return instructions within 1–2 working days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We’ll notify you by email once the refund has been processed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Include photos and your order number—we’ll send a replacement or offer a full refund.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
